When you are goal setting, it is important to set achievable goals and try to break down large goals into smaller chunks so that you have a chance of attaining them. When working your way through your goals, make sure to draw them up as a checklist and give yourself deadlines in order to help you visualize getting them done. Do not be scared of rewarding yourself when you feel that you have ticked a goal from your list or if you feel that you need a pick-me-up due to missing a difficult goal, although it probably is not such a good idea to keep rewarding yourself for misses as you will not achieve any of your goals.
